Today’s Restaurant and Beverage Managers must be an expert at providing quality service in an era of growing competition, technological innovations, and sophisticated clientele.  Successful professionals require, outstanding organizational skills, and technical expertise as well as commitment to high standards.  Hospitality Training and Management, in academic partnership with the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and The Professional Development Institute of Tourism, offer the Certificate of Specialization Certificate in Food and Beverage Management by Independence Home Study.  Students enrolled in this program are primed for a career in the various departments of the Food and Beverage service industry. The program concentrates on the technical and supervisory job skills that this position demand.  

Graduates form this program receive two certificates: one from the Professional Development Institute of Tourism, and another from the American Hotel and Motel Association, recognized by employers around the world.
