Hospitality Training and Management Hotel & Restaurant Management Correspondence Courses are delivered in academic partnership the Professional Development Institute of Tourism PDIT and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute AHLA.  

Our Hotel and Restaurant Management distance learning and home study courses are supplemented  with optional practical work experience for local students at Hotels, Resorts & Tourism establishments.

The Hospitality and Tourism Management Correspondence courses are suitable to those individuals who are seeking entry into the tourism industry, as well as, employees and supervisory staff currently in the tourism and hospitality industry who are seeking skills upgrading or advancement into supervisory or management positions.

Our emphasis is on delivering Tourism & Hospitality training programs that meet industry certification standards, and can lead to professional accreditation.
